A truck is seen driving in the town of Banshee and truck passes through a couple of Amish people. Sugar is later seen at the Forge preparing to eat a steak with fries as he reads the paper when Sheriff Hood walks in. Hood asks him how he is and Sugar says he is fine and ask what he can get him. Hood replies with anything local and a steak similar to the one Sugar just prepared but Sugar gives him his. Sugar says that Hood needs it more than he does and Hood is grateful as Sugar gets him a drink. Hood compliments Sugar's cooking skills as he asks if the boxer in the photo is him. Sugar says it was and Hood says Sugar can still hold his own from his perspective and proceeds to tell Sugar about the drive he took. Hood then asks where the bathroom is and Sugar points him in the direction as he walks over. Hood then uses the privacy to call his son and leave him a voicemail trying to reconcile with him as he tells him about his current assignment. After he is done he exits and sees another man has joined in and he asks if it is always this quiet and offers to buy the next round of drinks. Sugar then makes a comment about all the tourists buying him drinks as he pours himself another glass.
