Peter Macdissi, born May 14, 1974 in Beirut, Lebanon, is an actor and producer. He is an Executive Producer for Banshee. He has had recurring roles in Banshee developer Alan Ball's other series True Blood and Six Feet Under and his film Towelhead (2007).

Career[]

In 1998 he had a role in the series JAG, playing Corporal Tanzer. In 1999 he played an Iraqui Republican Guard Lieutenant in Three Kings. In 2000 he had a small role as a Prison Guard in the science fiction drama series The X-Files. In 2001 he played a Syridan Guard in the series The Agency. In 2002 he played a henchman in the film Bad Company. In 2003 he appeared in the film Tiptoes as Adrissi.

In 2003 he began a recurring role as Olivier Castro-Staal in Six Feet Under. His character was an acclaimed artist and a teacher to the main character Claire. He appeared in the show's third, fourth and fifth seasons. He remained part of the cast until the series finale in 2005. The show was created by future Banshee Executive Producer Alan Ball. Also in 2005 he appaared as a terrorist henchman in the drama series 24.

In 2007 he played Dale Westmore in the series Line of Fire and Rifat in Alan Ball's film Towelhead.

In 2009 he played Geri in the film Burning Palms. In 2010 he appeared in the comic book adaptation The Losers, playing Vikram.

In 2011 he had a recurring role in the fourth season of True Blood as the vampire sheriff Luis Patino. His ancient character also appeared in flashbacks to the Spanish Inquisition. His role ended before the close of the fourth season.
