Frankie Russel Faison is an American actor. He plays the character Sugar Bates on Banshee and joined the first season and remained as a starring cast member in second, third and fourth season.

He's best known for his role as the antagonist Police Commissioner Ervin Burrel on The Wire. He appear also in the movies Hannibal (2001) and The Red Dragon (2002).
