Clay Burton is the personal assistant and bodyguard for kai proctor
Despite his small stature and the fact that he comes across as a quiet person, Burton has displayed sheer ruthlessness as seen in "Meet the New Boss" where he heads into the trailer of a MMA fighter who was arrested for rape and confronts the MMA fighter's manager where it's implied that he presumably tortures the man.
Personality
Clay is a psychopathic killer who kills and tortures people without any remorse. He was being tortured by some criminals and got saved by Proctor. As a result he is highly loyal and is willing to do anything to help and protect Kai. He is willing to die in order to protect Kai or carry out his orders.

Clay is highly skilled in the use of violence. He is a highly skilled marksman and can proficiently wield a variaty of weapons.
He is a highly skilled killer and uses knives and a garrote to quickly kill enemies.
Clayton is a skilled and highly disciplined fighter and martial and dangerous artist. Despite his small size he can kill multiple people at ease. He is able to ignore devastating injuries and keep fighting without seeming to be affected by any pain, as shown in his fight with Nola Longshadow . After the bloody fight, he was able to stitch his own wounds.
