Sugar is waiting for a visitor with a wound at the top of his head. The door opens and Proctor walks in as they both reach for a phone to talk. Proctor begins by apologizing for the long wait and Sugar responds by complimenting Proctor's suit. Proctor soon notices the wound above his head and immediately asks for the name of the man responsible. Sugar politely asks Proctor not to get involved and instead asks if he can get him some better painkillers. He explains that he needs to be able to fix his own problems when he eventually gets out and Proctor understands. Proctor tells him he will work on getting him those painkillers and Sugar thanks him. Sugar then asks how his business is going and Proctor tells him it is expanding. Proctor tells Sugar to take care of himself and just as he is about to leave, Sugar taps the glass. Proctor picks up the phone and Sugar gives him a name: Lewis Whitaker.
